DMCA & Copyright Policy

Girls Lounge (thelounge.blog), operated by DBX SAS, respects intellectual property rights. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and similar laws.

How to send a takedown notice

Email contact@thelounge.blog with the subject line "DMCA notice" and include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature (or that of a person authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner).
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
  • The exact URL(s) on thelounge.blog of the material you want removed.
  • Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on its behalf.

We remove or disable access to the material when a notice is complete, and we may inform the person who supplied it.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, email contact@thelounge.blog with the subject line "DMCA counter-notice" and include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material removed and the URL where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which the service provider may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice.

We may restore the material 10 to 14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice, unless the original sender tells us they have filed a court action.

Third-party platforms

Girls Lounge does not host creators' paid content. Profiles, photos and videos on OnlyFans, Fansly, MYM, Uncove and other platforms are hosted by those platforms. To remove content hosted there, contact the platform directly.

Repeat infringers

We may remove links to sources that repeatedly infringe copyright.
