From $2,500 to $7,500 a Month: The Feed Cleanup and "Retrospective" Sale That Tripled Revenue
💬 Free Telegram help group: real creators, real answers
This is a real coaching case. A creator on MYM Fans saw her revenue drop and her subscriber growth stall. A few weeks later, her monthly revenue had gone from $2,500 to $7,500. Here's exactly what we changed. The same logic works on OnlyFans, Fansly and Fanvue.
The situation
She posted one exclusive video a week (15 to 20 minutes) to her feed. Over time, her feed had grown to 1,700 media items. New subscribers landed in a cluttered wall, old content kept piling up, and growth slowed.
The question: how do we restart growth and make the page feel premium again?
The action plan
1. Apply our MYM protocol
We used our MYM protocol (part of our coaching) to organize content and maximize every sales opportunity: what stays on the feed, what goes to private media, what becomes on-demand content.
2. Cut the feed from 1,700 to 600 posts
A feed of 1,700 posts overwhelms new fans. We kept 600 carefully selected media: the best, the most recent, the most representative. The page instantly felt clearer and more desirable. (Why it works: less is sexier.)
3. Clean up her social media
We audited her social profiles to target the right audience and align them with her MYM page: consistent bio, a clear link, posts that tease rather than give away.
4. Launch the "Retrospective" event
We announced a special event called "Retrospective": older exclusive content was removed from the feed and offered for private sale instead. Fans knew it was leaving the wall, which created real urgency to grab it while they could.
Results
- Revenue: $2,500 → $7,500 a month.
- A clean, attractive feed that converts new visitors better.
- On-demand sales: removed content sold through Media On Demand (MOD). See lead products and MOD.
- More private media sales during the event.
- Easier acquisition: a curated page and aligned socials brought in new subscribers.
| Before | After |
|---|---|
| 1,700 feed posts | 600 curated posts |
| Old content buried and free | Old content sold as private media / MOD |
| Socials unaligned | Socials cleaned up and on-brand |
| $2,500 / month | $7,500 / month |

How to run your own "Retrospective"
- Pick the content to retire from the feed (older, still sexy, still good).
- Announce it a few days ahead: "These sets leave my wall on Sunday."
- Bundle it into private media or on-demand packs at a fair price.
- Thank buyers personally and tease what's coming next.
- Repeat once or twice a year, not every month, so it stays special.
FAQ
Should I delete old posts from my feed?
Curating your feed can make it more attractive. Instead of deleting, consider moving older content to private media or on-demand sales so it keeps earning.
How many posts should my feed have?
There's no magic number, but a few hundred strong posts usually beats thousands of mixed ones. In this case, 600 worked well.
What is a "Retrospective" event?
A limited event where older exclusive content leaves the feed and is offered for private sale, creating urgency for fans to buy it.
Will cleaning my feed upset subscribers?
Not if you announce it clearly and give them a chance to buy or download what they love first.
Bottom line
More content isn't always more money. A curated feed plus a smart event turned old content into a revenue boost and made the page premium again.
