Face-Swap and AI Rules on OnlyFans, Fanvue, MYM and Fansly: What Each Platform Allows
AI and face-swap tools are everywhere, and each fan platform has its own rules. A breakdown published by FansCreator on October 4 and 5, 2026 lays them out side by side. Here is what it means for what you buy.
What happened
- OnlyFans: AI content may only depict the verified creator herself, and must be labelled with #ai or #AIGenerated.
- Fanvue: AI content is allowed if the real model behind it is verified and the use of AI is disclosed.
- MYM: AI content must be labelled "Virtual Image" or #AI, AI accounts carry an "AI profile" badge, and a deepfake of a person needs her written permission.
- Fansly: photorealistic AI content is banned, even if it is labelled.
- LoyalFans reportedly has the same bans as Fansly, according to CamGuides.
What it means for you as a fan
If you want only real photos and videos, Fansly is the strictest. On OnlyFans and MYM, look for the AI labels and badges before you buy. On Fanvue, AI is part of the offer, so check how each creator discloses it. Whatever the platform, a face-swapped set of someone who never agreed to it is against the rules: report it.
