For years the answer was one name: Leonid Radvinsky. In 2026 that changed twice in a few weeks. Here is who owns OnlyFans today, who runs it, and what the company says about going public.
The short answer
OnlyFans is owned by Fenix International Limited, a UK company registered in England and Wales under number 10354575.
Its controlling owner is Yekaterina "Katie" Chudnovsky, the widow of former owner Leonid Radvinsky. The UK company register lists her as the only person with significant control, holding 75% or more of the shares and voting rights since March 20, 2026 (checked October 23, 2026).
A minority investor, Architect Capital, bought about 16% in May 2026.
Who runs OnlyFans day to day?
The CEO is Keily Blair. OnlyFans announced on July 18, 2023 that she would succeed Amrapali "Ami" Gan. Blair, a lawyer, had been Chief Strategy and Operations Officer and led trust and safety.
The ownership timeline
- 2016: OnlyFans launches (Variety). The UK register shows Fenix's first owners from September 2016.
- 2018: Leonid Radvinsky buys the site from its British founders (BBC). The register lists him as owner from October 3, 2018.
- July 2023: Keily Blair becomes CEO.
- January 2026: Reuters reports that Architect Capital is in exclusive talks for a stake.
- March 2026: Radvinsky dies of cancer at 43. The BBC dates his death to March 23. His widow replaces him as the person with significant control (Bloomberg, May 7, 2026).
- May 8, 2026: Architect Capital agrees to buy a 16% stake for $535 million, valuing the company at about $3.15 billion (Variety, Reuters).
- August 2026: The annual report shows $714 million in pre-tax profit for the year to November 30, 2025, dividends of $535 million for that year and $174 million more up to March 26, 2026. OnlyFans has just 47 employees (BBC).
- October 2026: Blair tells Fortune an IPO is "a potential goal" the company is working toward.

Is OnlyFans going public?
Not yet. At the Fortune Most Powerful Women Summit, Blair said: "We're thinking about that pathway towards an IPO and working toward that as a potential goal for the company." She had no news to announce, Fortune wrote on October 20, 2026.
She pointed to Reddit's 2024 IPO as the closest precedent.
What Architect Capital wants
Architect is a San Francisco asset manager that lends to fintech and e-commerce companies. The deal statement says it will help OnlyFans build financial services for creators, many of whom are turned away by mainstream banks, "while maintaining its inclusive content policy," according to Variety.
Does any of this change things for fans?
Not overnight. The site, prices and creators are the same. The plans that could reach you are real creator discovery, now being tested, and new terms that start on November 1, 2026.

Is Subs owned by OnlyFans?
No. Subs Paid link was co-founded by OnlyFans co-founder Tim Stokely, but it is a separate company. In October 2026, Megan Fox became a co-owner, as we covered in her Subs launch.
